In addition to our love for nature, we share similar values and worldviews - it is important to both of us that the society and community around us is VIBRANT. We believe that every organisation, where its people put their hearts and souls into everyday, can be caring, innovative, focused on development, sustainable, ethical, and transparent.
Based on these values and the desire to share our knowledge and experience, Vibrant Estonia - "Leading with love" was born.
I have been fully devoted to environmental issues since 2017, when we began planning the first global cleanup action, World Cleanup Day.
Today, it has grown into the world's largest global green network. Sustainability and strategic sustainable development goals are my great passion, and my dream is that one day every person and organisation will be able to notice and analyse their impact on the world around us.
I am open minded and creative - I detect the big picture and notice the details in it. I am passionate about analysing the situation and data, creating strategies and implementing them, communicating with different people.
My experience as a company CEO for over 10 years inspires me to lead with love and share this knowledge with others.
